| Hamish Somerville The Chairman of jobshark.com is Hamish Somerville. Mr. Somerville is one of the original founders of JobShark and has sat on the board of jobshark.com since its inception in April 1997. Mr. Somerville was previously President and CEO of a multinational printing and ink corporation, KromaCorp International, which he sold to multinational inks group Sicpa in September 2000. Previously Mr. Somerville was a major shareholder in QC Colours, before selling to Manders PLC in 1989. Both companies he set up from scratch and built them into multinational powerhouses, each with over $50 million a year in revenues. | Christopher Klotz Christopher Klotz is the Chief Executive Officer of jobshark Corporation. Chris received an MBA from Cambridge University in 1995, where he wrote his final dissertation the Internet and the "Competitive Forces in the On-Line Commercial Information Industry". | Matthew von Teichman Matthew von Teichman, co-founder and President of jobshark.com Corporation, has served as a member of the Board of Directors since its inception in April 1997. After having successfully owned and operated several small businesses in the Food Service and Home Decor industries, in addition to working as a Marketing Consultant for a major Canadian Winery, Matthew turned his attention to the Internet. Prior to joining JobShark Ms. Dearlove worked as Branch Manager for Euro London Appointments where she grew the West End office to include IT permanent and contracting services for their European clients.
